Will I see my map before it prints?
Yes — every order. As soon as you have paid we email you the finished file, exactly as it will be printed. If a date, a place or a spelling is wrong, reply within 24 hours and we will fix it before anything goes to press. If we hear nothing, your order goes to print after 24 hours so it still reaches you on time.
How accurate is the sky?
Genuinely accurate. We compute the position of every star from professional astronomical catalogues for your exact date, time and coordinates — the same mathematics observatories use. Rotate the map to your date of birth and an astronomer would recognise the sky.
How long does delivery take?
Your piece is made to order in a UK fine-art lab and dispatched within 2–4 working days, then delivered by tracked courier. Delivery is free to any UK address and already included in the price shown.
Can I return a personalised print?
Because each piece is made uniquely for you, personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind return. But if your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as previewed, we will reprint or refund it in full — that right is never affected. Check your preview carefully before ordering; what you see is what we print.
What sizes and finishes are available?
Three sizes — 30×40, 40×50 and 50×70 cm — in two formats: print only (shipped rolled) or a gallery classic frame in black, antique gold or antique silver. Five poster themes are included at no extra cost.
Is my exact time or place required?
The date and place matter most. If you don't know the exact minute, pick an evening hour — the constellations of your night will still be true. Any town or village worldwide works.
