These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SHOPCIENTY website and your purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Sky, That Night is a trading style of SHOPCIENTY LIMITED, and we operate this website, www.skythatnight.com, along with our sister site www.shopcienty.com. Orders placed here are printed and dispatched from our warehouse in Oxford, United Kingdom.

• All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at 20% where applicable
• The total price payable, including delivery, is shown before you confirm your order
• An order constitutes an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline at our discretion
• Order confirmation will be sent via email once your order has been accepted

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payment processing is handled securely through our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. As each map is made to order, we dispatch within 2–4 working days; estimated delivery times are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery times, these are estimates and not guaranteed.

Every star map is personalised and made to order to the exact date, time, place and wording you provide. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods that are made to a consumer's specification or are clearly personalised are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel. Once your order is in production, it cannot be cancelled or returned because you have changed your mind. This policy is the same across all of our sales channels.

Please check every detail — names, date, time, location and spelling — before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email admin@shopcienty.com as soon as possible: if your order has not yet gone to print, we will do our best to correct it.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described — see section 6. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.

Because each map is made uniquely to your specification, our standard remedy for a faulty, damaged or misdescribed order is a free reprint and reshipment — we cover the postage, and a photograph of the issue is usually all we need.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where goods are faulty or misdescribed you also keep your 30-day right to reject them for a refund in place of a replacement. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential losses.

All original content on this website — including our brand, layout and copy — is the property of SHOPCIENTY LIMITED and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

If something goes wrong, email admin@shopcienty.com and we aim to respond within 5 working days. If we cannot resolve a dispute between us, you may be entitled to refer it to alternative dispute resolution. We are not currently signed up to a specific certified ADR provider; this does not affect your right to bring proceedings in the courts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
